Jeremy was hired as the Hospitality Conference Keynote Speaker to share some of the cutting-edge concepts from his award-winning book, ‘Exploiting Chaos,’ with an audience made up of different members from the BC hospitality industry. By reviewing specific business case studies, he taught the audience the advantages of forging cultural connections with customers. He then outlined the steps for developing strong relations with customers. He identified customer observation as the most promising starting point to develop a strong understanding of consumer preferences.
