This was the 7th conference hosted by ManageCamp Inc. and Jeremy was thrilled to have been hired to present his Brand Management Keynote. During his Brand Management Keynote, he explained his insightful concepts of infectious marketing. Referencing business case studies featured in his recently published book, 'Exploiting Chaos: Ways to Spark Innovation During Times of Change,' Jeremy described how breakthrough ideas arise from a deep understanding of the customer. His Brand Management Keynote then reviewed the most effective strategies for achieving this understanding. He identified customer observation as the most dependable way to understand consumers. Jeremy enhanced his speech by including a variety of visually stimulating PowerPoint slides and interacting with the audience.
