Jeremy Gutsche delivered the education keynote at TUAD Arastirmacilar Dernegi Event in Istanbul on March 10, 2011.
As the Motivational Conference Speaker at this event, Jeremy explained how success can lead to complacency. One must continually push themselves and take risks, because this will lead to new opportunities to experiment with new risks and methods. He used the example of Smith Corona, a typewriting company that decided not to go down the road of computing because they were already successful in their current venture. Jeremy explained how this mindset led to their downfall, and held them back for recognizing new opportunities. As the Motivational Conference Speaker, Jeremy highlighted how taking risks, whether it be for a speaking gig or business development, are crucial to expanding one's potential and adjusting to change. Failure helps one find success, and stay ahead of the competition.
