Spring 2009 CGTA Gift Show Social Events Consumer Products Keynote Speaker
Jeremy Gutsche delivered the consumer products keynote at Spring 2009 CGTA Gift Show Social Events in Burnaby on March 17, 2009.
Jeremy's Consumer Innovation Keynote covered a number of topics from his award-winning book, 'Exploiting Chaos,' such as the importance of failure for both companies and employees. If individuals and businesses consistently win every deal, product and customer, this will impede innovation. Jeremy explains in his Customer Innovation Keynote how not succeeding allows one to expand their box of ideas, and aim higher than ever thought possible. This results in bigger business opportunities and thinking for the future. Jeremy also discussed the various ways conference attendees could innovate within the gift and tableware industry. He extends his thanks to the CGTA for continuing to invite him back to their conferences and events as the keynote speaker. This particular event was one of many events booked by the CGTA.
