Jeremy explains in his Customer Innovation Keynote how not succeeding allows one to expand their box of ideas, and aim higher than ever thought possible. This results in bigger business opportunities and thinking for the future. Jeremy also discussed the various ways conference attendees could innovate within the gift and tableware industry.
