Food manufacturers constitute a large percentage of the attendees, with around 100 vendors setting up stalls in the showroom to feature their latest and greatest products.

An interactive exercise got the full audience involved in dreaming up cutting-edge pop-up shops, with even more outside-the-box ideas emerging after her segment about exploiting convergent patterns of opportunity.
