During his Tourism Keynote Speech, Jeremy covered some of the insightful concepts featured in his award-winning book, ‘Exploiting Chaos: Ways to Spark Innovation During Times of Change.’ He described how the pursuit of opportunity requires a team to think differently and break the rules to which it traditionally adheres. His Tourism Keynote Speech focused on motivating the audience to recognizing failure and experimentation as risks worth taking during the process of innovation because doing so forces a team to adapt. By sharing a variety of business case studies, Jeremy demonstrated how businesses can succeed in spite of an unsteady economy. To maintain the interest of the audience, Jeremy incorporated engaging multimedia in his speech, such as YouTube videos and colorful presentation slides.
