Throughout his Hospitality Innovation Keynote, Jeremy pinpointed a strong understanding of customer preferences as essential in today’s competitive market. He motivated the audience to remain open-minded as it will enable them to adapt more efficiently during periods of change or crisis. He outlined the possibility for greater success for teams that choose to embrace failure as opposed to constantly trying to avoid it.
