During his Commerce Strategy Keynote to the Credit Union of Central BC, Jeremy Gutsche explained strategic innovation techniques to stay ahead of the competition. Topics covered during the Commerce Strategy Keynote included new methods for generating growth within a company, and how to foster innovation for developing forward-thinking ideas. Jeremy used a range of multimedia to explain these points, and he drew from personal experience to highlight how businesses jeopardize success by becoming too complacent. He also explained the importance of developing a cultural connection with customers, as emotional appeal will only go so far. The keynote was based on both personal experience, and in-depth research of market practices and trends.
