During Jeremy’s Business Strategy Workshop, he focused on working closely with the members of the board to understand the different opportunities for innovation within the industry. During his Business Strategy Workshop, Jeremy shared some of the topics and concepts from his award-winning book, ‘Exploiting Chaos: Ways to Spark Innovation During Times of Change,’ to help explain the most effective ways to develop a creative environment amongst a team. Throughout the workshop, Jeremy stressed the advantages of a team or company that implements open-mindedness as a policy; members will be more likely to spark and share ideas in a work culture free from hierarchical and seniority-related obstacles. Jeremy’s Business Strategy Workshop featured both instructional and interactive components, ensuring a lively and memorable experience.
